The Callscape unit only came with software for WIndows 3.1 & Windows 95.
If you wish to use the original software with Windows 98 then you need the Windows 98 patch which can be downloaded from:

http://www.caller-id.co.uk/CSWin98.zip

free of charge.

If you wish to use the Callscape 100 hardware with XP then you will require Wave Callscape XP software:

I am just resurrecting my Callscape 11 after many years using an acquired PC running win98se
All OK, loaded original win95 disks plus the win98 patch.
But...all incoming telephone numbers are prefixed by "9" by callscape. This means that imported telephone numbers will not be recognised even if held on the database. I have done it before years ago but cannot remember how. Can anyone advise how to get rid of this prefixed "9"?

I also have a download "cspat11c.exe" which appears to have become corrupted on the Floppy. Any idea what this patch issued by BT was for?

Thans Admin for the setup files...great site!
